Interesting but not brilliant, I can see why it is a b movie. There is a twist at the end, you really have to just bear with this or turn it off, you don't see all the killings but the twists was surprising.
Filmed on a potato and totally pointless.

Despite hitting an all-told runtime of less than 80 minutes, about half _Clown Kill_ could have been cut without making any difference. Framed more like the episode of anthology show I never want to watch than an actual movie, _Clown Kill_ is certainly one of the worst films I've seen this year, despite garnering an explicable re-release from when it was first made as _Lock In_ three years earlier.
